Ginger Zinger.

Perfect to wake you up on your juice day, or any day even! Naturally healthy and good for you, this juice will help you start your day in style. The lemon is a real eye opener first thing. Adjust the ginger to suit you – I’m a little obsessed so I put in far too much for other people’s taste!

2 carrots

2 apples

large knob of ginger

1/2 lemon

Whack it all in your juicer and slurp up!
